Organizers of Polling/Survey/Referendum events are expected to Register, verify email, continue with login and registering information upload their Logo if any, complete the Registration with a 6-digit pin for additional security. They will be able to create Events, add Candidates for elections, upload registered Voter List select event date and then Start/Stop event. Results are visible to all voters. Similarly Polling/Survey/Referendum Events are created and jurisdictional voters are able to participate as per the eligibility rules selected by event Organizer. They will be able to notify Voters before commencement of Event. Organizers will be able to Select App based Polling/Survey/Referendum and Election events on a TABLET as well if needed with added security Pins for Tablets.
Event will use multiple officials Password and PIN combination to OPEN and CLOSE Polls. Start to REVEAL Results with security at every stage. All activity will be Logged for any Audit later. Results can be opened in Tablets and Desktops and Printed. Results will be archived. The Voter List will be Deleted on this site once polls are completed and results archived by the Organizers. No information of Voter List will be retained by the Website if the Organizers selects to do so.
